Surah Hijr
The 15th Surah of the Holy Quran has 6 bows and 99 verses. The entire surah except the first verse is in the 14th verse.
The time of descent
It is clear from the articles and the style of expression that the time of revelation of this Surah is connected with Surah Ibrahim. Two things stand out in its background. One is that a period has passed since the invitation to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the continuous obstinacy, mockery, resistance and persecution of the addressed people has reached the limit, after which there is less opportunity for understanding.
The chance of warning is high. The second is that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is getting tired of breaking the mountains of disbelief, hijjud and resistance of his people and the state of heartbreak is coming over him again and again, seeing which Allah is comforting him. is and is tying up your courage.

Topic and main subject
These two articles are described in this Surah. That is, a warning to those people who were denying the invitation of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and making fun of him and resisting his work in various ways, and comforting and encouraging the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
This does not mean that this surah is devoid of understanding and advice. Nowhere in the Qur’an has Allah the Exalted acted as a mere warning or pure chastisement. Even in the midst of severe threats and reprimands, he does not fail to explain and advise. Therefore, in this Surah, on the one hand, brief pointers have been made towards the arguments of monotheism, and on the other hand, the story of Adam and Iblis has been narrated.

نزول کا وقت
مضامین اور انداز بیان سے واضح ہوتا ہے کہ اس سورہ کے نزول کا وقت سورہ ابراہیم سے مربوط ہے۔ اس کے پس منظر میں دو چیزیں نمایاں ہیں۔ ایک یہ کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی دعوت کو ایک دور گزر چکا ہے اور مخاطبین کی مسلسل ہٹ دھرمی، استہزا، مزاحمت اور ایذا رسانی اس حد کو پہنچ چکی ہے کہ اس کے بعد سمجھنے کا موقع کم ہی رہ جاتا ہے۔ انتباہ کا امکان زیادہ ہے۔
دوسرا یہ کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنی امت کے کفر، حجت اور مزاحمت کے پہاڑ توڑتے ہوئے تھک رہے ہیں اور بار بار ان پر دل شکستگی کی کیفیت طاری ہو رہی ہے، جسے دیکھ کر اللہ تعالیٰ تسلی دے رہا ہے۔ اسے ہے اور آپ کی ہمت باندھ رہا ہے۔
موضوع اور مرکزی مضمون
یہ دونوں مضامین اس سورہ میں بیان کیے گئے ہیں۔ یعنی ان لوگوں کے لیے تنبیہ جو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی دعوت کو جھٹلاتے تھے اور آپ کا مذاق اڑاتے تھے اور مختلف طریقوں سے ان کے کام کی مزاحمت کرتے تھے اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو تسلی اور حوصلہ دیتے تھے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ)۔ اس کا مطلب یہ نہیں ہے کہ یہ سورت سمجھ اور نصیحت سے خالی ہے۔
قرآن میں کہیں بھی اللہ تعالیٰ نے محض تنبیہ یا خالص عذاب کے طور پر کام نہیں کیا۔ سخت دھمکیوں اور ملامتوں کے درمیان بھی وہ سمجھانے اور نصیحت کرنے سے باز نہیں آتے۔ اس لیے اس سورت میں ایک طرف توحید کے دلائل کی طرف مختصر اشارہ کیا گیا ہے اور دوسری طرف آدم اور ابلیس کا قصہ بیان کیا گیا ہے۔
