Blessings Virtue of Salam
On the authority of Hazrat Abdullah bin Masoud, may Allah be pleased with him, the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Undoubtedly, Allah has appointed angels who walk on the earth and send greetings to me on behalf of my Ummah.”
It is narrated from Hazrat Abi Talha, may Allah be pleased with him, that one day when the Messenger of Allah, peace, and blessings be upon him, came, there were signs of happiness on his face.
He (peace be upon him) said, Gabriel (peace be upon him) came to me and said, Your Lord (peace be upon him) says. O Muhammad ﷺ, don’t you ﷺ like that the person of your ummah who sends blessings on you once, I send blessings on him 10 times, and the person who sends salutations on you ﷺ once, I send peace on him 10 times.
On the authority of Hazrat Aus bin Aus, may Allah be pleased with him, the Messenger of Allah, peace, and blessings be upon him, said, “The best of your days is Friday, on which Adam was born, on that day his soul was seized, and on that day the trumpet will be blown.
And bless me abundantly on this day, because your blessings are offered to me. The Companions said, O Messenger of Allah, how will our blessings be offered to you, when you have passed away? ? The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Allah has made the bodies of the prophets forbidden on the earth.”
It was narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abi bin Ka’b, may Allah be pleased with him, that I said, “O Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace when I pray, I send blessings on him abundantly.”
How much do I send blessings on you? He said as much as you want. I asked, equal to a quarter. He said, “As much as you want if you do more, it is better.” I said equal to half. He (peace be upon him) said, “As much as you want if you do more (than half), it is better for you.
I submitted equal to 2 thirds. He said, “As much as you want if you do more, it is better for you.” I asked, should I make all the times of my prayer special for you? He said: Then all your needs will be fulfilled and your sins will also be forgiven
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Fazla bin Ubaid, that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was visiting. A companion entered the mosque, prayed, and then prayed (translation) O Allah, forgive me and have mercy on me.
The Holy Prophet ﷺ said. O you who perform the prayer, you have hurried, when you pray and sit in tashahhud, then recite the praises and glorifications of Allah that He deserves and send blessings upon me and then pray.
After that, another man prayed. He praised Allah and sent blessings on the Prophet. The Prophet ﷺ said to him. O you who pray, pray, your prayer will surely be answered.
حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: بے شک اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرشتے مقرر کیے ہیں جو زمین پر چلتے ہیں اور مجھ پر سلام بھیجتے ہیں۔ میری امت کی طرف سے۔”
حضرت ابی طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک دن رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تشریف لائے تو آپ کے چہرے پر خوشی کے آثار تھے۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جبرائیل علیہ السلام میرے پاس آئے اور کہا کہ تمہارا رب فرماتا ہے
اے محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کیا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ پسند نہیں کہ آپ کی امت کا وہ شخص جو آپ پر ایک بار درود بھیجے میں اس پر 10 بار درود بھیجتا ہوں اور جو شخص آپ پر ایک بار درود بھیجتا ہے میں اس پر 10
بار درود بھیجتا ہوں۔
حضرت اوس بن اوس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا تمہارے دنوں میں سب سے افضل جمعہ کا دن ہے جس دن آدم علیہ السلام پیدا ہوئے، اسی دن ان کی روح پکڑ لیا گیا، اور اس دن صور پھونکا جائے گا۔
” اور اس دن مجھ پر کثرت سے برکت نازل فرما کیونکہ تیرا درود مجھ پر پیش کیا جاتا ہے۔ صحابہ نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ جب آپ کا انتقال ہو گیا تو ہمارا درود آپ پر کیسے پیش کیا جائے گا؟ ? آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے انبیاء کے جسموں کو زمین پر حرام کر دیا ہے۔
حضرت ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ میں نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب میں نماز پڑھتا ہوں تو آپ پر کثرت سے درود بھیجتا ہوں۔ ” میں آپ پر کتنا درود بھیجوں؟ اس نے کہا جتنا تم چاہو۔
میں نے پوچھا، ایک چوتھائی کے برابر؟ آپ نے فرمایا جتنا چاہو، زیادہ کرو تو بہتر ہے۔ میں نے کہا آدھے کے برابر۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا جتنا تم چاہو اگر (آدھے سے زیادہ) کرو تو تمہارے لیے بہتر ہے۔
میں نے 2 تہائی کے برابر جمع کرایا۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جتنا چاہو اگر زیادہ کرو تو تمہارے لیے بہتر ہے۔ میں نے عرض کیا کہ کیا میں اپنی نماز کے تمام اوقات آپ کے لیے خاص کر لوں؟ آپ نے فرمایا: پھر تمہاری تمام حاجتیں پوری ہو جائیں گی اور تمہارے گناہ بھی معاف ہو جائیں گے۔
حضرت فضلہ بن عبید رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تشریف فرما تھے۔ ایک صحابی مسجد میں داخل ہوئے، نماز پڑھی اور پھر دعا کی (ترجمہ) اے اللہ مجھے بخش دے اور مجھ پر رحم فرما۔
حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا۔ اے نماز پڑھنے والے تم نے جلدی کی، جب تم نماز پڑھو اور تشہد میں بیٹھو تو اللہ کی حمد اور تسبیح پڑھو جس کا وہ مستحق ہے اور مجھ پر درود بھیجو اور پھر دعا کرو۔ اس کے بعد دوسرے آدمی نے نماز پڑھی۔ اس نے اللہ کی حمد و ثنا بیان کی اور نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر درود بھیجا ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے فرمایا۔ اے دعا کرنے والو، دعا کرو تمہاری دعا ضرور قبول کی جائے گی۔
